Returns

Returns for refunds are not accepted.

Exchanges: may be possible. This is determined case by case. You must contact me for an exchange and prior to sending any items back to dreaming world studio.

Refunds: are not be issued unless there is a defect in the workmanship. Do not return the item until you have contacted me and we have discussed the issue.

Exchange or Defective Item Return Mailing: Any items to be returned must be mailed to the dreaming world studio for inspection. You’ll receive the shipping address when we discuss the issue. Mail the exchange item in the same unworn, unused and pristine condition as it was received. Normal wear and tear is excluded from returns or exchanges.

Mail it with the original packaging via USPS with full value insurance coverage and a tracking number that you’ll email to me at the time the item is mailed. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you mail a return item without insurance and it’s lost or damaged by the mail service – no further recompense to you is available.
