Studio work is at a standstill – for a small while ~smile. This occurs each spring as I transform our patio into a mini-garden of Eden and plant veges in the large garden.
Spring is my favorite time of the year. I appreciate the individual beauties of every season, but Spring is especially dear to me with the popping of tender new green plant growth, the swaying willow trees in the gentle (and not so gentle) winds, the wild earth nourishing rain storms.
The nurture spirit is strong in me. From coaxing new baby plants from seed to readying them for their debuts in pots and garden soil and harvesting their fruits, leaves and seeds. I can’t get enough of this life process…..it richly feeds my spirit and my art making.

Can anyone ever have too many mints ~wink~ Eight different varieties this year.
